Rama Mohan Venkata Kadayinti (Ram)

Ram has held leadership positions across the Manufacturing, IT, ITeS, and Start-ups. He has held roles both as P&L leader and as P&L enabler at Infosys, Accenture, ICICI Bank and Indian Aluminium. Specializes in Operations Management, Program Management, Product Management, Business Excellence and Business Transformation.

Ram is a believer in and an early adopter of Technology, Decision Science, ML and AI in building solutions that amplify business value He has demonstrated excellence in setting up organizations from grounds up and scaling them up into profitable & scalable operations. He has proven track record in transforming businesses and customer experiences significantly impacting shareholder value.

Ram, is a Mechanical Engineer and holds a Masters in Technology in Quality, Reliability & Operations Research from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.He hasbeen associated with several Industry bodies / Forums and provided original points of view and thoughts on varied topics. He also contributes to academics as a guest faculty and a coach.





Kamlesh Kumar Sinha (Kamlesh)

Kamlesh has held leadership positions across the Manufacturing, IT, ITeS, and Start-ups. He has held roles both as a consultant and as a Practitioner enabler at CMC, Thomson Reuters, Airtel, iGate, Exl, Sutherland and Conduent. Specializes in Organizational Performance Improvement, OperationalExcellence, Business Excellence and Business Transformation.

He has been a Consultant to a Spectrum of Engineering and Process Industries on Product and Process Improvements, Performance Optimization, Cost take out and Customer Retention. Kamlesh is a believer in unleashing limitless human potential to drive performance improvement and excellence.

He has demonstrated excellence in running and enabling large global teams that transform the organizations and deliver business value and customer experience. Kamlesh is a Mechanical Engineer and holds a Masters in Technology in Quality, Reliability & Operations Research from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.






Vinaya Bhaskar Gangalam (Vinay)

Vinay has 20 years of experience working in the US and India for organizations like VMware, Bally Technologies, Assurant Health, Compuware Corporation, Infosys. He has held various positions ranging from Business / IT consulting, Solution advisory across IT, ITeS, and Start-ups.

Strong experience in working with Customers to understand their pain points, identifying gaps, key drivers, KPI’s etc and providing advisory/consulting services and IT solutions impacting their business outcomes. Expert in identifying all viable options and communicating the strategy, issues and benefits of various services, products and market solutions. Valued contributor in bridging the gap between business and technology with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cloud Solutions etc.

He has an an MBA (USA), an M.S. in Computer Science (USA), and a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (India). Apart from that, he has done professional executive programs from IIM – Bangalore (Strategic Consulting and Digital Strategy and Marketing) and IIS – Bangalore (Computational Data Science).






Srini Behara(Srini)

Srini has over 20 years of proven experience in IT management consulting for large enterprises. He has extensive experience in IT oversight, governance, and waterfall/agile approaches in support of growth and market share of products and services offered by the clients.

He provides management consulting, guidance and planning for maintaining and implementing off-the-shelf software applications using the CMMI process improvement, ITIL, and the Agile Performance-Based Application Management methodology. He is valued for his professionalism, client management, dedication, leadership, collaboration, and versatility in managing and leading staff and projects through completion on-time and within budget.

He has a Master’s (Honors) in Management & Operations Research, Indian Statistical Institute, India and Bachelor’s (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering, Nagarjuna University, India. Apart from that, he is a Certified professional in Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundation, Subject Matter Experts, Scrum Master (CSM), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Associate, Lead Assessor, Gemba Kaizen, Oracle EBS R12 Financial and Supply Chain Management Suites.
